East Melbourne Optometry & Low Vision Centre is represented by the eagle, an icon signifying acute vision.

We are committed to providing eye care appropriate for people who have a vision impairment that disables their activities of day-to-day living. 

Not all of our patients are able to achieve the acute vision of the eagle, but we strive to meet their needs for vision improvement that enhances or restores some quality of life.

In Heraldry, the symbolism of the eagle signifies a response that is ‘speedy in apprehension and judicious in matters of ambiguity’.  East Melbourne Optometry & Low Vision Centre aspires to meet this goal for our quality of service.
